SA Aluminium & Glass Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Kemensah Kiara Sdn. Bhd.)(“SAAG”), a private limited company incorporated on 9th August 2023, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. SENG SENG CORPORATION BERHAD (“KSSC”), carries the brand name “SA” inherited from Signature Aluminium Sdn Bhd (“Signature Aluminium”), which was founded and established 2005.
Consistently as with Signature Aluminium, SAAG now carries the brand “SA” focuses on the needs of our clients and customers, as a supplier of choice, we derive synergistic strengths and leverage on the integrated group operations towards accelerated growth.

Design Innovation And Uncompromised Quality
Signature Aluminium (SA) is deeply entrenched as a market leader in our areas of specialisation. We are renowned for our quality facade structures which are seen in across a wide spectrum of developments around Malaysia and abroad. Our philosophy of design, fabrication and construction is to fuse style with functionality, timeless design and technology. Aesthetic design, quality and durability are of importance in everything we do, from planning to every step of the production process up to installation and post-installation customer service; including rectification during defect liability period (DLP) and provide periodically maintenance after DLP if required. Our customised designs for façade curtain walls comprise a combination of horizontal and vertical elements fabricated at our factory for on and off-site assembling. These are sturdy load-bearing structures anchored to the building and can be customised with various different type of curtain wall systems, windows, doors, panels and other aluminium façade related system with a focus on the conformance to water and tightness specifications as well as wind resistance and structural compliance, all in accordance to the stringent international codes and standards.
Compliance with CIDB 520 Act
With the recent implementation of the CIDB 520 Act, effective from September 2022, all contracts must comply with mandatory standards, including MS 832: 2022 for Aluminium Alloy Windows and MS 1017: 2022 for Aluminium Framed Sliding Glass Doors.
As a testament to our commitment to quality and compliance, SA Design Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAAG, has been awarded the “Perakuan Pematuhan Standard” (PPS) certificate by CIDB, effective 4 June 2024. This prestigious certification confirms that SAAG has fully adhered to the Act and the relevant Malaysian Standards.

Business Synergies With K. Seng Seng Corporation Berhad Group
During a recent internal restructuring in August 2023, SAAG acquired the entire workforce, on- going projects and business operations from Signature Aluminium as well as the brand name “SA”. Following this strategic move, the SA operations are now backed by a public listed company, which enable SAAG in a better position to fortify its overall operations and elevate its competitive standing within the market.
This synergies represents a momentous milestone for KSSC, empowering SAAG to expand its presence and influence within the aluminium and glass façade industry. Meanwhile, SAAG remains dedicated to its established motto, vision, and mission, committed to delivering uncompromised quality and durability in providing comprehensive solutions for the aluminium façade industry. This alignment ensures that the legacy and values of SA continue to thrive within the n e w organizational structure.
